What I collect
When you submit the form, I receive your name, email address, optional company name and message.
Purpose and legal basis
I use this information only to reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Processing is necessary to take steps you request before entering a contract, or is based on my legitimate interest in handling correspondence.
Retention
I delete messages when they are no longer needed for our conversation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Technical services
The site uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, form processing and email delivery, and Sanity for content management. These providers may process technical data needed to operate those services under their terms and data-transfer safeguards.
Protecting the contact form
To limit spam, the contact service uses short-lived counters keyed by a hash of your IP address and, when acknowledgements are enabled, your email address. These hashes are not anonymous. Counters expire at the end of their rate-limit window or 24-hour email cooldown; automatic database cleanup may take a few additional days. API access logs contain source IPs and have a 30-day retention setting. Message content is not included in these logs.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing and—where applicable—receive a copy. You may also complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority.
